  1. IT Helpdesk Support:
  Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting for end-users, including hardware, software, and system usage.
  Coordinate with external teams and service providers to resolve complex technical issues.
  
  2. Network and Security Management:
  Manage and administer the organization's internal network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
  Configure and maintain network devices such as FortiGate Firewall and Aruba Wi-Fi.
  Audit and monitor network security to prevent cyber threats.
  
  3. Server and Operating System Management:
  Administer Active Directory (AD) and Domain Services, including user accounts, access rights, and policies.
  System Management and Administration Virtualization such as VMware or Hyper-V
  Manage and monitor backup systems with Veeam Backup.
  
  4. Management of specialized systems and other equipment:
  Manage and maintain the company's ERP, KDM, Autorack, or other specialized systems.
  
  5. Management of CCTV systems
  Manage and monitor various office equipment, such as printers and telephone systems.
