Business: Footwear, Shoes Manufacturing
Location: Latkrabang
Responsibilities:
• Plan and control production workflow to meet targets, deadlines, and customer requirements
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth team performance
• Monitor quality, manage defects/rework, and implement preventive solutions
• Optimize resources (manpower, materials, budget) and reduce downtime
• Lead and evaluate team performance, and coordinate with cross-functional managers to achieve goals

Requirements:
• 5-10 years' experience in footwear or a related field in sportswear industry
• Experience in production management, including managing production schedules and meeting deadlines
• Experience in manpower management, including scheduling and supervision of production staff
• Business-level English, both written and oral (Thai language is an advantage)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience using MRP software.英語
