 - Responsible for promoting good working relationship within the section and to other sections as well
 - Responsible for the proper implementation of company rules and regulations
 - Responsible for creating programs and activities that motivates and uplifts the moral of the whole section
 - Responsible for Training for all employees
 - Ensuring payment of Wage & Compensation
 - Responsible for Company Recruitment
 - Define and planning for yearly budget and control for HR Section

- 応募条件- - Male or Female, age 32 years old and over 
 - Bachelor Degree (or Higher) in Human Resources or related field.
 - At least 8 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing set-up
 - Have working experience in management field at least 3 years in senior position and have good management skill.
 - Good command of English and Computer literacy
 - Have knowledge in information system work related to human resources
 - Have negotiation skills and communication skills.
 - Understand ISO system (ISO45001, 14000, 50001, IATF16949)
 - Strong leadership, Interpersonal skills, problem solving and decision making, service-minded
