- Translate documents among Japanese, English, and Thai (e.g., internal reports, manuals, emails, notices)- Interpret in internal and external meetings (onsite and online) involving Japanese and Thai participants- Facilitate communication between Japanese management and Thai staff for smooth business operations- Coordinate and arrange logistics (e.g., booking company cars, flights, hotels, restaurants, golf courses)- Support Japanese expatriates with administrative tasks (e.g., visa and work permit coordination, local registrations)- Liaise with government offices and external service providers when needed- Handle general administrative and GA tasks, including organizing records and supporting events or training sessions
