Job Description

- Search for and hold the best available airfares for clients traveling within Asia, using airline web portals, NDC tools, or GDS (view-only access).- Send held PNRs to our New York office or other designated ticketing agents for issuance, and track every ticket number.- Handle flight changes promptly—re-issue or rebook within 30 minutes during Bangkok working hours.- Monitor schedule changes and keep travelers, guides, and operations teams updated accordingly.- Record and report monthly savings compared to former DMC airfare rates.
