【Job Discription】- Communicate and negotiate with influencers to reduce costs.- Manage influencers to ensure they comply with client agreements and prevent any issues.- Provide advice on video quality to influencers to maintain high content standards.- Analyze follower demographics, influence, and engagement rates- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs through continuous communication- Negotiate post content, schedules, and compensation terms- Manage contract terms and campaign guidelines- Plan and develop marketing campaigns utilizing KOLs- Define content direction and prepare creative briefs- Manage posting schedules and overall campaign progress- Analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions (CV)- Prepare reports for clients- Identify improvement points and propose strategies for future campaigns- Coordinate among clients, creative teams, and KOLs- Manage external partners such as agencies and production companies
