Job Description
Key Responsibilities:●Marketing Strategy Development‐ Develop annual marketing plans and promotional strategies for all store locations in alignment with the company’s goals.- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior and competitor activities to inform marketing direction.●Campaign and Event Management‐ Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and product launches.- Coordinate closely with store operations and other departments to ensure successful execution.●Marketing Communication (Online & Offline)‐ Manage all communication channels, including advertising, branding, social media, website content, and collaborations with influencers/KOLs.- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.●Team Management‐ Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to ensure high performance and growth.- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team outcomes.●Performance Tracking and Reporting‐ Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI; provide analysis and improvement recommendations.- Prepare regular performance reports for management.●Partnership Coordination‐ Build and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, agencies, and service providers.
