– Handle spare parts shipments locally and overseas, prepare documents, arrange dispatch, packing, and returns to Japan for repair claims.– Oversee the full import cycle mainly from Japan (also Taiwan, China, Korea), coordinate with suppliers/forwarders, track shipments, and ensure customs compliance.– Issue invoices, debit/credit notes, download and forward chargeable invoices, and apply for Certificates of Origin and other required documents.– Coordinate with Japan, customers, and internal teams on orders and shipments; follow up on overdue payments.– Work with forwarders, couriers, and local suppliers to resolve payment or document issues.– Track shipment status, follow up on delays, and resolve shipping or billing issues with agents and couriers.

Production Planning (ด้านการวางแผนการผลิต)1.1 Scheduling- จัดทำแผนการผลิตรายวัน / รายสัปดาห์ (Daily / Weekly Production Schedule)- วางแผนการผลิตสำหรับไลน์ผลิตฝาและกล่องกระดาษ- ให้สอดคล้องกับคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า (Customer Orders) และกำลังการผลิตของโรงงาน1.2 Material Control- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมปริมาณวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ (Packaging Materials)- ให้เพียงพอและเหมาะสมกับแผนการผลิต1.3 Production Monitoring- ติดตามสถานะการผลิตจริงหน้างาน (Production Monitoring)- ในกรณีเกิดปัญหา เช่น เครื่องจักรขัดข้อง หรือการผลิตล่าช้า- ปรับแผนการผลิตและแจ้งผู้เกี่ยวข้องทันที2. Transportation & Logistics Planning (ด้านการวางแผนการขนส่งและโลจิสติกส์)2.1 Route Planning- วางแผนเส้นทางการขนส่ง (Routing) และจัดคิวรถประจำวัน- พิจารณาเส้นทาง ปริมาณสินค้า (Volume / Weight) และลำดับจุดส่ง (Drop Points)- เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุนการขนส่ง2.2 Load Optimization- บริหารจัดการพื้นที่บรรทุกสินค้าให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด- เพิ่มอัตราการใช้พื้นที่รถ (Truck Utilization)2.3 Fleet Management- ประสานงานกับพนักงานขับรถของบริษัทและรถขนส่งภายนอก (Outsource)- ยืนยันตารางงานและแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดส่งหน้างาน2.4 Cost Control- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายด้านการขนส่งเช่น ค่าน้ำมัน เบี้ยเลี้ยง และค่าจ้างรถขนส่งภายนอก3.
