Job Description

- To review and formulate Human Resource Management plans.- Review salary structures, performance appraisals and career paths, including compensation and benefits packages.- Work with Human Resource Development department to develop employee potential and efficiency.- Review management reports, employee requests and complaints, track relevant issues to develop and implement improvement projects.- Plan and summarize labor costs for business planning and annual plans.- Implement new HR tools and provide HR knowledge to line managers.- Negotiate and advise to labor unions on issues related to employees and labor law.- Consider new employee activities and review previous activities for improvement.- Develop activity plans and training plans to improve compliance knowledge to all employees.
