Job Description

- Plan and monitor import operations to ensure they meet the scheduled timeline.- Coordinate and prepare export plans to ensure efficient execution.- Manage and oversee Bill of Lading (B/L) documents for export shipments.- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments and external partners.- Control and verify international freight payment processes.- Review B/L documents, loading photos, and invoice/packing list (INV/PL) for AMI shipments.- Record logistics-related expenses in the system accurately and systematically.- Plan and make advance bookings for container space for the upcoming month.- Review logistics costs and evaluate payment processes to ensure effective cost control.
