Job Description

• Production Management- Oversee all aspects of the cutting tools production floor, ensuring efficient workflow and on-time delivery. - Manage a high-mix, low-volume production environment where single-piece orders are a regular occurrence.• Process and Technology- Utilize your extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in CNC grinding and cylindrical grinding. - Must be familiar with and able to operate state-of-the-art machinery from brands like Vollmer, Anca, Walter, and Rollomatic, among others.• Team Leadership- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled machinists and operators. - Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.• Quality Control- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure all products meet our high-precision specifications.• Operational Excellence- Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize costs. - Quickly and professionally respond to production challenges to minimize downtime and maintain output.• Adaptability- Stay current with the latest advancements in cutting tool technology and machinery. Champion the adoption of new technologies to enhance our production capabilities.
