• Job Description

  - Act as the specialist for Postpress Packaging machines, responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, technical service, application support, and troubleshooting activities. Provide technical solutions to customers and internal stakeholders, diagnose equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions to optimize machine performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  - Identify bottlenecks in customers' packaging workflows, particularly in Postpress processes, and recommend operational improvements, best practices, and equipment optimization to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  - Gather customer requirements and coordinate with the team to conduct equipment demonstrations, application trials, and testing tailored to customer specifications.
  - Train customer operators and relevant personnel on machine operation, application techniques, basic troubleshooting, safety requirements, and best practices to maximize machine performance and reliability.
  - Identify opportunities to improve service quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency by analyzing customer feedback, service performance, and recurring issues.
  - Collaborate with the Sales team to identify market opportunities, support customer visits, stay informed of product developments, and participate in promotional activities including Open Houses, seminars, product launches, exhibitions, and training programs.
  - Prepare and submit service reports documenting installation activities, customer issues, root cause analysis, troubleshooting actions, solutions provided, and recommendations.
  - Undertake additional assignments as directed by the Superior.
