    【Key Responsibilities】
    Solution Consulting
    - Gather customer business and technical requirements.
    - Design ICT, cloud, AI, and cybersecurity solutions for enterprise and industrial customers.
    - Recommend value-driven technology solutions.
    - Deliver executive presentations, technical workshops, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept (POCs).

    Solution Development
    - Develop innovative solution offerings by combining technologies from multiple partners.
    - Research emerging technologies, market trends, and new business opportunities.
    - Collaborate with technology partners to enhance existing solution portfolios.

    Proposal & Documentation
    - Prepare professional technical proposals, presentations, scopes of work (SOWs), and solution documentation.
    - Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and technical clarification requests.
    - Produce high-quality customer-facing documentation.

    Marketing & Business Development
    - Develop product materials and sales enablement content.
    - Support exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and marketing activities.
    - Support technology campaigns and solution launches.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Requirements]
    - Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, telecommunications, or a related field.
    - At least 5 years of experience in presales, sales engineering, solution consulting, or related enterprise IT roles.
    - Experience delivering executive presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proofs of concept (POCs).
    - Experience preparing RFP/RFQ responses, technical proposals, and customer presentations.
    - Good command of spoken and written English.

    - Knowledge of generative AI, AI agents (agentic AI), large language models (LLMs), AI automation, computer vision, and related AI technologies.
    - Knowledge of operational technology (OT), industrial IoT (IIoT), smart factory systems, or industrial automation solutions.
