• Job Description

  1. Prepare calibration schedules for measuring instruments and arrange for theircalibration according to the established plan
  2. Summarize calibration results.
  3. Review and improve CMM data.
  4. Develop CMM programs.
  5. Manage and maintain measuring instruments; perform preventive maintenance (PM) checks on CMMs.
  6. Provide support to other departments upon request (via inspection request forms).
  7. Review Check Fixture (CF) concepts.
  8. Improve product measurement methods.
  9. Manage and maintain support jigs.
  10. Conduct full layout inspections.
  11. Support co-check inspections.
  12. Support Cp and Cpk analysis.
  13. Assist with audits, corrective actions, and follow-ups related to ISO standards; update relevant documentation and communicate changes to all concerned parties.
  14. Conduct training for new QC staff and execute the annual training plan.
  15. Research, select, and order measuring instruments.
