  • Job Description

    [Key Responsibilities]
    - In-House Export Management: Transition and run daily export operations in-house.
    - Global Food Shipments: Manage frozen/processed food exports (shrimp, karaage, etc.) to Japan, Asia, the US, and the UK.
    - Trade Documentation: Prepare and verify Invoices, P/Ls, B/Ls, C/Os, and Export Declarations.
    - Government Permits: Obtain Health Certificates and permits from Thai FDA, DLD, and DOP.
    - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with foreign import rules (US FDA, Japan Quarantine, etc.).
    - Cold-Chain Logistics: Coordinate with freight forwarders for space booking, rates, and temperature control.
    - Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main contact for overseas group entities, buyers, and local factories.
    - Reporting & Support: Work directly with the Japanese Expatriate Manager on daily operations and issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in export operations & international trade, including direct experience in food exports (frozen / processed foods, livestock, or seafood), familiarity with cold-chain logistics, and knowledge of international food import regulations (Japan, US, UK, and Asian markets).
    - Advanced level or higher (Fluent in written and spoken English for daily communication with overseas stakeholders and document preparation).

    【Advantage】
    - Solid understanding of Thai government export procedures and certificates (DLD, DOP, Thai FDA, Health Certificates).
    - Practical experience in establishing or transitioning export operations from third-party agents to in-house processes.
    - Experience dealing with major global freight forwarders and customs brokers in Thailand.
