    【Job Responsibilities】
    Industry: Automotive / Motorcycle Parts Trading
    Sales Coordinator / Purchasing / Logistics
    - Manage purchase orders, order analysis, inventory, forecasts, and related activities.
    - Coordinate with customers and suppliers as the person in charge (PIC).
    - Arrange shipping, invoicing, and delivery schedules.
    - Handle and control claim reports.
    - Support BOI-related tasks.
    - Prepare invoices, packing lists, payment notes, billing notes, and other related documents.
    - Perform other duties related to sales coordination, purchasing, and logistics.
    - Other tasks assigned by managers

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in any field.
    - Experience in sales coordination, purchasing, or logistics
    - Good English communication and writing skills (TOEIC 500+ preferred).
    - Good organizational and coordination skills.
    - Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well in a team.
