• Job Description

  • Ensure maintenance activities are completed according to the established timeline with high accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Develop, organize, and implement the Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan to improve machine reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Control and monitor the schedule and execution of maintenance and improvement projects, including machine improvement, productivity enhancement, and loss reduction.
  • Analyze machine operation and maintenance data to identify root causes, improve equipment performance, and develop continuous improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal and external teams, including Production, QC/QA, Engineering, and contractors, to ensure maintenance activities and improvement projects are completed successfully, safely, and effectively as planned.
