  • Job Description

    - Ensure that all machinery in the factory is well-maintained and operates at maximum efficiency.
    - Carry out preventive maintenance plans, regularly inspect machinery, and resolve issues immediately to reduce downtime, improve production efficiency, and extend machinery lifespan.
    - Design and implement preventive maintenance plans for all machinery and electrical systems in the factory.
    - Analyze machine performance data and plan maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns and unexpected downtime, ensuring uninterrupted production.
    - Manage the maintenance team
    - Work closely with the production and engineering departments to align maintenance activities with production needs.
    - Other assigned tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) or a related field.
    - At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within factory maintenance.
    - Holds a Senior Person Responsible for Energy (SPRE) license.
    - Able to commute to work independently; holds a valid driver's license.
