  Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with defined quality standards.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and meet customer quality expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that may arise during operations.
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Monitor, manage, and improve overall quality performance.
  • Manage and develop supplier quality performance to ensure compliance with required standards.
  • Improve operational effectiveness through effective quality management practices and processes.
  • Foster and promote a strong culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the Quality team through effective leadership and people management.
