Job Description
-Record and review journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and monthly financial reports
-Manage and monitor accounts payable, account receivable and other concerning accounts,ensuring timely and accurate processing
-Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
-Support month-end and year-end closing activities
-Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in tax filings
-Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal and external audits
-Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation of accounting software and workflows
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
Qualifications
Requirement
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting.
-At leasts 3 years of experience in accounting field or at an audit firm will be an advantage
-Experience in percentage revenue recognition / amortization will be an advantage.
-Good command English both written and spoken.
-Computer skills, including MS office (especially EXCEL), and proficiency in accounting software are preferred.
-Excellent time planning, analytical skills and strong communication skills.
-Be enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
-“CAN DO” attitude and Team working is a MUST.English Level
