  • Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    - Conduct customer meetings, solution presentations, and technical workshops
    - Understand customer environments, risks, and requirements, and map services and solutions accordingly
    - Prepare and update supplier quotations and other documents for handover to the PR/PO team to continue the purchase order process.
    - Act as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and delivery teams where applicable
    - Design the overall IT solution architecture according to the customer's requirements and pain points

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
    - 5 years or more of experience in pre-sales
    - Business level English is required

    [Advantage]
    - Experience with server virtualization infrastructure, cloud service, backup and recovery, system monitoring, and related technologies
