  • Job Description

    - Develop and implement nationwide transportation strategies and logistics network optimization.
    - Optimize transportation routes, delivery frequency, vehicle utilization, distribution centers, and transportation modes.
    - Lead transportation cost analysis, budgeting, cost-saving initiatives, and productivity improvement projects.
    - Work closely with Procurement to negotiate transportation rates and manage logistics contracts.
    - Analyze transportation data and develop KPI reports, dashboards, and performance insights to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
    - Drive the implementation and integration of TMS, GPS tracking, WMS, and ERP systems.
    - Oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring service levels, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
    - Ensure transportation operations and logistics partners comply with GDP/GSDP standards, particularly for pharmaceutical and temperature-controlled products.
    - Collaborate with Supply Planning, Warehouse, Procurement, Commercial, QA, Regulatory, and regional teams.
    - Manage and develop the transportation team, including performance management and capability development.
    - Lead and manage 3PL partners, including SLA, contracts, service quality, cost, and overall performance.
    - Initiate and lead projects to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and cost competitiveness.
    - Take ownership of transportation budgets and monitor financial performance against targets.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - 5–8+ years of experience in transportation/logistics, with at least 4–6 years in a supervisory or management role.
    - Proven experience in pharmaceutical logistics, cold-chain transportation, or highly regulated logistics operations.
    - Strong experience managing 3PL providers, transportation operations, contracts, SLAs, and logistics budgets/P&L.
    - Hands-on experience with TMS, GPS tracking, WMS, and ERP systems.
    - Strong knowledge of transportation cost analysis, budgeting, KPI development, and performance dashboards.
    - Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI/data visualization tools is an advantage.
    - Strong understanding of GDP/GSDP and logistics compliance requirements.
    - Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    - Strong project management and change management capabilities.
    - Customer-oriented with a collaborative and results-driven mindset.
    - Good command of English, both written and spoken.
    - Willingness to travel as required.
