  • Job Description

    • Lead monthly manufacturing cost closing, including product costing, COGM/COGS, cost allocation, and variance analysis.
    • Analyze manufacturing costs, cost drivers, profitability, and business performance, and provide recommendations to management.
    • Manage inventory costing and control, including inventory valuation, inventory reconciliation, physical inventory counting, and NRV adjustment.
    • Prepare and present monthly costing, profitability, KPI, and management reports.
    • Support internal and external audits related to costing, inventory, valuation, and manufacturing costs.
    • Coordinate with Production, Sales, Accounting, Procurement, and other related departments to resolve costing, inventory, and system issues.
    • Monitor and improve costing processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency.
    • Lead, coach, and review the Costing team to ensure accurate and timely completion of key activities.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Education / Major : Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Cost Management, or related fields.
    Experience : 10+ years of direct experience in cost accounting or manufacturing costing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    Industrial : Steel or Manufacturing
    Languages : Good command in English
    Computer competency : ERP systems such as Oracle, or similar; manufacturing system experience is an advantage
    Other skills :
    -Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
    -Strong hands-on experience in product costing, monthly cost closing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and cost control.
    -Good understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM, production costs, raw materials, yield, and scrap.
