• Job Description

  【Responsibilities】
  - Identify and select potential locations for new store openings across Thailand.
  - Coordinate and negotiate with commercial facilities, shopping malls, property developers, property owners, and other relevant stakeholders.
  - Conduct market research, trade area analysis, and location evaluation for potential sites.
  - Evaluate the feasibility of new store openings based on profitability, investment returns, and other commercial considerations.
  - Negotiate lease terms, rental conditions, and other contractual terms with commercial facilities and property owners.
  - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and manage projects related to new store openings.
  - Collaborate with design and construction companies, property developers, contractors, and other relevant partners.
  - Manage the opening schedule and overall progress of new store development projects.
  - Support necessary procedures, permits, licenses, and other requirements related to new store openings.
  - Coordinate, communicate, and provide updates to the Japan headquarters and Japanese management.
  - Develop future store expansion strategies and development plans for the Thailand market.
  - Handle other duties related to new store development and expansion in Thailand.
