Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & System Implementation: Lead system implementation, integration, and continuous improvement across existing and upcoming retail stores.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate directly with IT vendors, ERP solution providers, and system integrators to monitor progress and ensure seamless project delivery.
- ERP Rollout & System Enhancement: Drive ERP implementation, operational digitalization, and system optimization across retail and head office operations.
- Hands-on General IT Management: Oversee infrastructure, POS and retail systems, database management, and daily IT operations.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Strong all-around IT capabilities (all-mighty skillset covering infrastructure, systems, and vendor control) with project management experience.
- Good command of English (Level 4 or above)
【Advantage】
- Proven track record in ERP system implementation and retail/store IT system deployment.
- Knowledge of retail POS environmentsEnglish Level
