  • Job Description

    - Maintain import operations by following BOI regulations to obtain maximum BOI and Excise privileges.
    - Confirm parts and materials lists for BOI privileges related to the importing process.
    - Prepare machine lists and obtain approvals for machines and equipment imports.
    - Monitor procedures, approvals, and revise requisitions for raw material lists, maximum stock levels, and re-export of machines for return and repair.
    - Maintain proper waste and scrap procedures in accordance with BOI regulations.
    - Manage raw material write-offs and processes to transfer return rights to vendors.
    - Process extensions for import raw material periods.
    - Control BOI projects, including applying for full operation licenses, renewals, and project closures.
    - Manage parts and carry out activities related to Excise.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    - Minimum 3 years' experience in BOI or import/export within a manufacturing environment.
    - Experience handling permissions in eMT and RMTS systems.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and digital tooling.
    - Business-level English.

    Advantages:
