  • Job Description

    - Serve as the liaison with Thailand’s Board of Investment (BOI), handling material and equipment registration, updates, and related information in the BOI system.
    - Follow up on BOI privileges and policies, including tax exemption, tax refund applications, and preparation of annual project progress reports.
    - Handle BOI-imported goods declarations, customs clearance, and document verification, ensuring all transactions comply with BOI requirements and regulations.
    - Coordinate import/export customs declarations, logistics, and shipping documents with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and related departments to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, International Trade, Finance & Taxation, or a related field.
    - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with BOI; familiar with Thai customs regulations and import/export procedures.
    - Proficient in using the BOI system and Microsoft Office applications.
    - Proficient in English or Chinese.

    Advantages:
    - Experience with bonded warehouse operations or processing trade manual verification.
    - Demonstrated communication and problem-solving skills.
