Job Description
- Source and develop new suppliers in accordance with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) requirements.
- Search for potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and competitiveness.
- Request and compare quotations from suppliers and negotiate pricing and purchasing conditions.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, including quality, cost, and delivery.
- Analyze purchasing costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and cost improvement.
- Support supplier audits and supplier evaluation activities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding supplier-related issues and improvement activities.
- Support purchasing activities and other procurement-related projects as assigned.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing processes and supplier management.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Sourcing, or Supplier Management, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Supplier Sourcing and Cost Analysis is preferred.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 will be an advantage.
- Experience working with suppliers in the automotive or automotive parts industry will be highly advantageous.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- Able to work effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.English Level
