• Job Description

  - Control and improve the melting/casting process: plan, monitor, and control process parameters (e.g., furnace temperature, raw material feed rate, metal bath quality improvements/Degassing & Fluxing) to meet standards.
  - Reduce waste and perform yield improvement and root cause analysis: analyze causes of defects in aluminum casting (e.g., Gas Porosity, Dross, Inclusions, Shrinkage) using engineering tools (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, 5 Why) and define sustainable corrective actions.
  - Improve production efficiency (Continuous Improvement / Kaizen): apply Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen concepts to increase efficiency, raise yield, and reduce aluminum losses (Dross Reduction).
  - Prepare and update standard documents: create and control production process documents such as WI (Work Instruction), Control Plan, FMEA, and OPL (One Point Lesson) to ensure correct shop-floor execution.
  - Coordinate and support the shop floor: collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to analyze machine or furnace (Melting/Holding Furnace) issues and plan preventive maintenance.
