  • Job Description

    - Develop new business and expand existing customer accounts in Air Freight & Airline Cargo.
    - Manage key accounts and take ownership of sales performance and profitability.
    - Build sales strategies by trade lanes, customer segments, and cargo capacity.
    - Promote value-added services such as Priority Shipping, Guaranteed Space, Special Cargo, and Charter Solutions.
    - Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and service terms.
    - Build strong relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, and logistics partners.
    - Coordinate with Operations to optimize cargo space utilization and service delivery.
    - Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and expand trade lanes.
    - Ensure compliance with airline regulations, export documentation, and customs procedures.
    - Prepare sales reports and monitor customer performance.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
    - 5+ years of B2B Sales experience in Air Freight, Airline Cargo, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.
    - Strong experience managing Key Accounts and driving new business.
    - Good understanding of Air Freight operations, export documentation, and customs clearance.
    - Good communication skills in Thai and English.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    - Strong negotiation, customer management, and problem-solving skills.
    - Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
