  -Manage and monitor projects according to the plan
  -Coordinate with relevant departments, including the APQP Team
  -Install and conduct trials for new machinery
  -Analyze machine capability and quality control
  -Initial Test Operation (ITO) Checklist
  -POKAYOKE Inspection Checklist
  -Prepare and control documents according to IATF standards (Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, Process Drawing, Control Plan)
  -List of jigs and spare parts
  -Trial Operation Implementation Report (TTO Implementation Report)
  -Process improvement and efficiency enhancement
  -Prepare new machinery to replace existing ones
  -Work performance report and problem-solving approach (if any)
