Job Description
Business: Footwear, Shoes Manufacturing
Location: Latkrabang
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all footwear manufacturing operations across Thailand to ensure efficient, high-quality, and on-time production.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, cost optimization, and productivity enhancement.
• Manage cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Warehouse, HR, Finance, and Sourcing.
• Develop manufacturing strategies, production planning, capacity management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to achieve business objectives and support long-term organizational growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in the footwear manufacturing industry.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing, quality systems, production planning, and cost management; plus experience driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
Advantage:
• Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment is preferred.English Level
