Job Description
(1) Responsibilities for Imported JIT Delivery Items
- Order processing
- Import arrangements (checking import documents)
- Price management
- Delivery schedule management
- Warehouse inventory control
- Quality control, and other related tasks
(2) Export and Triangular Trade Operations
- Quotation preparation
- Order processing
- Arrangement of export packing
- Preparation and verification of export documents
- Delivery schedule management
- Quality control, and other related tasks
* Note: Upon joining, the employee will first be assigned to duties in section (1).In the future, there is a possibility of being assigned to duties in section (2).
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience in procurement and import/export operations is desirable but not required.
- Business level in English(TOEIC score of 600 or higher is preferred.)
- Japanese: N3 Certification is required.
- Computer literacy is required. (Microsoft Office)English Level
