    [Responsibilities]
    - Design and develop power and distribution transformers.
    - Review technical specifications and customer requirements to ensure product suitability.
    - Prepare engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
    - Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and sales teams to support product development and manufacturing.
    - Provide technical support for production, testing, and customer inquiries as needed.
    - Ensure designs comply with applicable international standards and customer specifications.
    - Contribute to continuous product improvement and engineering optimization initiatives.
    - Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
    - Over 3 years' experience in power transformer design and development
    - Experience performing transformer design calculations and electrical calculations
    - Business-level English
    - Able to work 2 Saturdays per month

    【Advantage]
    - Experience managing a team
