  • Job Description

    - Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
    - Investigate the root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    - Monitor defect rates and drive continuous quality improvement activities.
    - Manage and supervise local staff (depending on your experience).
    - Support the Vice President during their absence, mainly in production-related matters such as production control.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in any filed
    - Have knowledge of ISO,IATF
    - At least 7 years have experience in QC/QA
    - Conversation level in English
    - Business level in Japanese
