• Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies, procedures, and inspection standards.
  • Manage incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
  • Ensure products comply with customer specifications, engineering drawings, and applicable standards.
  • Lead investigations of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Analyze quality data and recommend improvement actions.

  • Lead root cause analysis using quality tools such as: 8D ,5 Why ,Fishbone Diagram ,FMEA
  • Manage non-conforming materials (NCR) and disposition processes.
  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering and Sales to resolve quality issues.
  • Support customer audits, supplier audits, and certification audits.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality management systems.
  • Develop training programs to improve quality awareness and inspection skills.
  • Manage calibration of inspection and measuring equipment.
  • Prepare monthly quality reports and present performance to management.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve process capability.
