• Job Description

  -Manage and oversee all plant utility systems, including electrical systems, boilers, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, and water supply systems, to ensure stable and efficient operations.
  -Plan and monitor preventive maintenance (PM), as well as emergency maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
  -Monitor utility consumption, control energy costs, and lead energy-saving initiatives.
  -Troubleshoot utility system issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
  -Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and external contractors to ensure smooth execution of utility-related work and projects.
  -Prepare, manage, and control the annual utility budget.
  -Ensure all utility systems comply with laws, safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  -Prepare and present monthly operational reports.
