• Job Description

  - Manage end-to-end purchasing activities in line with production plans and business requirements.
  - Source and procure cosmetic raw materials, packaging materials, factory supplies, equipment, and spare parts.
  - Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and develop relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
  - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, MOQs, and commercial agreements.
  - Conduct supplier evaluations, cost analysis, and price comparisons to optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.
  - Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and resolve supplier-related issues including delays, shortages, and quality concerns.
  - Collaborate with Production Planning, R&D, QA/QC, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
  - Support new product development by sourcing new raw materials and packaging solutions.
  - Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize supply risks.
  - Prepare purchasing reports, supplier performance reports, and cost-saving analyses.
  - Maintain purchasing documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
  - Lead, coach, and develop the purchasing team.
  - Communicate effectively with overseas suppliers and international stakeholders in English.
  - Coordinate closely with the Korean Plant Manager regarding purchasing strategies, supplier performance, material planning, and factory requirements.
  - Contribute to the development and improvement of procurement processes for the new manufacturing facility.
