  • Job Description

    - Lead and coordinate customer projects from Sales handover through production and final shipment.
    - Monitor overall project timelines and daily operational progress to ensure on-time delivery.
    - Coordinate production readiness, material availability, sample schedules, packaging, and shipment planning.
    - Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Purchasing, Production Planning, Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, and Logistics.
    - Track project milestones, including formula development, sample approval, packaging, raw materials, production status, QA release, and shipment schedules.
    - Identify potential risks such as project delays, material shortages, production capacity constraints, packaging issues, and urgent customer requests, and coordinate corrective actions.
    - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, providing project updates, risk analysis, and recommended action plans.
    - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project execution.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
    - Demonstrated project coordination and planning experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Purchasing, Production Planning, Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Logistics).
    - Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

    Advantages:
    - 5+ years' experience in Cosmetics OEM/ODM manufacturing (highly preferred).
    - Experience in pharmaceutical, personal care, FMCG, food manufacturing, or contract manufacturing.
    - Experience with ERP systems.
