  • Job Description

    - Plan and control production of high-voltage transmission poles and other steel fabrication work
    - Set production targets (quality, production cost, and delivery)
    - Estimate production volumes and control production costs
    - Plan use of production resources and allocate workforce to match production capacity
    - Troubleshoot production issues and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency
    - Plan employee development
    - Monitor and evaluate employee performance
    - Attend meetings and coordinate with relevant departments
    - Serve as QMR for ISO 9001:2015 and act for the EMS under ISO 14001:2015
    - Summarize work results and report to management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or related)
    5+ years as a factory manager in steel fabrication (cutting, assembly, welding, steel structures) or 8+ years as a supervisor in steel fabrication
    Experience managing production lines using CNC cutting/drilling machines, and experience planning production and managing inventory
    Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Working familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements
