  • Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the full tender process from document review, estimation, pricing, and submission.
    • Prepare cost estimates, material take-offs, BOQs, and technical/commercial evaluations for M&E projects.
    • Manage RFQs, evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, and recommend vendor selection.
    • Develop competitive pricing strategies by analyzing project requirements and market conditions.
    • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the tender process.
    • Support tender clarifications, customer negotiations, and pre-/post-tender meetings.
    • Supervise and develop the Tender team, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of submissions.
    • Maintain tender documentation, identify risks, support contract preparation, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Qualifications:
    · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    · Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering, estimation, M&E, utilities, infrastructure, or construction projects
    · Have experience in Tender Management, Cost Estimation & BOQ Preparation, Strategic Pricing, Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination
    · Experience in Team Supervision
    · Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word

    Advantage:
    · Engineering License Level 2 is preferred
    · Experience with main contractor or M&E contractor
    · Experience with Microsoft Project
