  • Job Description

    1.Establish quality policies, objectives, and quality plans in alignment with the Company's policies and objectives, and monitor their achievement.
    2.Manage, control, and supervise all Quality Assurance activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements, Quality Management System standards, and Company requirements.
    3.Ensure effective communication and implementation of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and Quality Management System requirements throughout the organization.
    4.Supervise New Model quality planning activities, including the approval of quality-related documents such as APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, FMEA, MSA, and SPC in accordance with customer requirements.
    5.Oversee the investigation, corrective actions, and preventive actions for quality issues and customer complaints, and ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions.
    6.Supervise the calibration system for measuring and testing equipment, including approval of calibration results in accordance with applicable requirements.
    7.Analyze and monitor quality performance indicators such as Customer Complaints, PPM, Defect Rate, Scrap, and KPI to drive continual improvement.
    8.Coordinate quality-related activities with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure compliance with quality requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
    9.Promote continual improvement activities and foster quality awareness throughout the organization.
    10.Perform the duties of the Quality Management Representative (QMR) to ensure that the Quality Management System complies with IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and customer-specific requirements.
    11.Report the performance of the Quality Management System to Top Management, identify opportunities for improvement, and monitor the implementation of Management Review action items.
    12.Plan and oversee Internal Audits, Management Reviews, and coordinate customer audits and certification audits, including follow-up on corrective actions until effective closure is achieved.
    13.Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, Company policies, rules, regulations, and applicable legal requirements, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Science, Industrial Management, or related fields.
    - At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
    - At least 3 years of experience in a Quality Manager or Quality Supervisor position.
    - Experience serving as a Quality Management Representative (QMR) and managing IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 Quality
    Management Systems.
    - Experience in coordinating Customer Audits and Certification Body Audits.

    Advantages:
