    > About the Role
    We are seeking a results-driven Ads Optimizer Leader to lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns focused on lead generation. This role is highly hands-on and requires direct ownership of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis across multiple advertising platforms.

    > Key Responsibilities
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
    – Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    – Google Ads
    – TikTok Ads
    • Drive lead generation performance and achieve lead volume targets.
    • Manage advertising budgets exceeding THB 1 million per month.
    • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including CPL, Conversion Rate, ROAS/ROI, and Lead Quality.
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages.
    • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve advertising effectiveness.
    • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.
    • Prepare performance reports and recommendations for management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Must Have:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Lead Generation.
    • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns with budgets of THB 1 million per month and above.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
    • Business-level English (written and spoken).

    Advantage:
    • Direct experience in Education / EdTech, Property, or Aesthetic Clinics, or other lead-driven industries such as Insurance or Healthcare.
    • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
    • Experience managing large-scale customer acquisition campaigns.
