Business: Education
Location: Bangkok and metropolitan (branches)
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching Quality: Establish and maintain teaching standards through observations, audits, quality scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Customer Experience: Drive consistent service standards across all centers, including onboarding, parent communication, complaint resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Operations Excellence: Standardize SOPs, ensure operational readiness, and maintain compliance, staffing, scheduling, and facility standards across all branches.
- People Development: Coach branch managers and center teams, lead onboarding and training programs, and build capability pipelines for operational roles.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs covering quality, retention, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and branch performance; provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the MD while partnering with the Commercial team to improve business results.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working in multi-branch education, service, or franchise-in-mall businesses
• Demonstrated experience standardizing operations and improving quality across multiple locations
• Experience building frameworks, SOPs, and scalable processes and partnering with commercial/leadership on business goals
• Working proficiency in Thai and EnglishEnglish Level
