Job Description
- Sourcing, development, operation guidance, and optimization of the service network within the jurisdiction
- Staffing, on-the-job management, adjustment, and replacement of key personel in the service stations within the jurisdiction
- Supervising and evaluating the timeliness, efficiency, and pass rate of repairs at service stations within the jurisdiction
- Customer service satisfaction, handling customer complaints, and public opinion management within the assigned region
- Verifying and managing in the authenticity of outbound rescue and transfer sevices provided by the service stations within the jurisdiction
- Coordinating the service support resource needs of service stations within the jurisdiction and promoting the resolution of pain
- Submitting suggestions for the annual star rating of service stations in the jurisdiction and promoting improvement projects
- Planning and implementing regular market service activities for service stations in the jurisdiction
- Conducting market service dynamic research and providing feedback on competitors or industry players in the jurisdiction
Qualifications
Requirement
- Those who recognize Chinese culture, are familiar with the management modl of Chinese enterprises, and possess the ability to communicate and write in Chinese will be given priority
- Those with relavant experience in after-sales service work for enterprises such as ISUZU and HINO, or authorized dealers, will be given priority
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive / Parts Quality / Technical service or any pertinent fields.
- Minimum 5-years experience in Automotive – preferable in Commercial Truck and/or Logistics experienced.
- Heavy duty truck industry knowledge and highly detailed oriented. Experience in Warranty, Technical, Aftersales are preferable.
- Those who recognize Chinese culture, are familiar with the management model of Chinese enterprises, and possess the ability to communicate and write in Chinese will be given priority
- Those with relevant experience in after-sales service work for enterprisesEnglish Level
