Job Description
- Prepare yearly training plan and course annoucement to dealers
- Determine course content according to objectives
- Prepare training material, classroom and all related
- Evaluate tehnical employees and identify weaknesses
- Conducting follow-up assessmens to confirm employees' technical skills have improved
- Stay up-to-date on technical knowledge
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor; Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong communication, coaching and training skill
- Self-motivation and adaptable to work with minimal supervision
- Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to details
- Fluent in English (written, listen and spoken)
- High general computer skill in MS Office
- Able to travel upcountry or oversea
- Work Experience: Automotive industry background: 3-5 yearsEnglish Level
