  • Job Description

    - Support and devise all tecnical problem to dealers via technical system or on site service
    - Following up the case to ensure thar the problem has been fixed
    - Collecting new interesting problem to create Field Service Bulletin distribute to all dealers
    - Ensure that indications of increasing trends of product quallity deviations or costs are address to respective dealer
    - Identify, define, quantify and prioritize product deviation from dealers bases on multi indicators
    - Provide the service documents, Service interval and other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Strong communication, coaching and training skill
    - Self-motivation and adaptable to work with minimal supervision
    - Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to details
    - Fluent in English (written, listen and spoken)
    - High general computer skill in MS Office
    - Able to travel upcountry or oversea
    - Work Experience : At least 5 years in Technical Service or related field
    - Bachelor;Automotive or related field
