Product : Plastic injection molding(Cream Jar, Plastic Bottle, Liquid Foundation)Total Employees: 100 【Job Responsibility】 - Lead and coordinate to be ensured new mold tool, insert spare parts and fixture produced on time and within quality standard.- Molding tool manufacturing process optimization e.g new spare parts making, repair and new jig & fixtures.- Manage and organized training for our associates in Mold tool repair process expert activities.- Lead the team on technical best practice and establish quality standard for tooling making.- Material, Standard part ,tooling and equipment planning, to be ensured availability of consumable supplies for mold and insert spare parts making process.- Cooperate with lead plant with mold tool ,new spare part, repair for process concept.
