  • Job Description

    1. Plan, monitor, and control painting processes in the production line to ensure product quality meets established standards.
    2. Inspect and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce defects and waste.
    3. Analyze and optimize painting operations, focusing on cost reduction and product quality improvement.
    4. Research, evaluate, and test new painting materials, technologies, and application methods.
    5. Investigate and resolve paint-related quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
    6. Coordinate with related departments, including Production, Maintenance, and Quality Control, to ensure smooth operations.
    7. Provide training and technical guidance to employees regarding painting processes, equipment operation, and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Automotive Paint Processes.
    3. Knowledge of painting techniques, painting equipment, and quality management standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
    4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    5. Ability to use analytical and continuous improvement tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
    6. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
    7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant CAD or ERP software.
