    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and execute marketing campaigns in the Thai market (online & offline)
    • Monitor, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance (ROI, reach, engagement, conversion)
    • Oversee content on social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) in collaboration with the Content Creator and agencies
    • Work with media/marketing agencies in Thailand and coordinate with the Vietnam Marketing team to ensure brand alignment
    • Conduct market and consumer behavior research in Thailand; propose strategies and creative ideas
    • Support and collaborate with the Booking/Affiliate teams to maximize campaign effectiveness
    • Provide regular reports to the Country Manager and Marketing Lead in Vietnam

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing (preferably in FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, or influencer marketing)
    • Good English communication skills (mandatory)
    • Strong passion in career growth
    • Solid understanding of the Thai media landscape and consumer behavior
    • Strong skills in planning, data analysis, and budget management
    • Creative, proactive, open-minded, able to work independently, and perform well under pressure
